Article 1 / General The User of SISNET is obliged to provide correct name, address, city, phone number and billing. Changes in these data should User within 14 (fourteen) days in writing or through the website of SISNET to SISNET to notify.
2. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all legal relationships between SISNET and User with a reference to the currently purchased products, from whatever the case, and are thus also applies to any use of the software, every application for a Connecting to the Service, each Agreement and any use of the Service or other services or products of SISNET.

Article 2 / SISNET Services
1. For purchase and proper functioning of a SISNET service available and an Internet connection to work. SISNET can in no way be held liable for acts of a telecom provider.
2. SISNET can not guarantee that any computer without conflicts using the software will work. It is possible that already installed software conflicts with the software offered. The user must remove the conflicting software to work correctly.

 

 

Article 3 / Expression Database
1. The data from this user be included in a database of SISNET. This database is used only for the (future) services SISNET.
2. Those listed under Article 5.1. those records, the Privacy Rules "of SISNET" apply. These rules can be found through this link.
3. SISNET has never been liable for damages, which the user may suffer as a result of the alleged under this article.

 

 

Article 4 / Obligations of the User
1. The User's personal responsibility to ensure the possession and operation of the necessary hardware and software, peripherals and connections for entry of the connector as possible.
2. The Username if used, is determined by user. The username and password from the user are strictly personal. It is the User therefore not allowed third parties to make use of his username and / or other rights under the Agreement.

 

 

Article 5 / Email
1. SISNET does not guarantee that an e-mail always arrives in an e-mail address or that an e-mail message can always be received.
2. It is the responsibility of user to ensure that the e-mail address no names, concepts or characters that are unlawful, or that generate complaints. User SISNET indemnify against claims by third parties.

 

 

Article 6 / liability SISNET
1. SISNET is never liable for damage caused by user suffers from SISNET shortcomings in the implementation of the Agreement.
2. SISNET shall never be liable for the security of the User on the systems of SISNET stored data.

 

 

Article 7 / Compensation and payments by subscriptions
1. The Service and related services through user fees will be charged by SISNET. The fees will automatically be transferred from the bank Users are charged by the user or pre-paid are made available through payment.
2. If User use a special services from SISNET and / or third party user requires the applicable rates to be paid.
3. The budgetary begin on the day of the agreement.
4. User SISNET is required to authorize the amounts owed by direct debit to write off his/her bank account, unless otherwise determined by SISNET.
5. If the direct debit has not been successful, user is notified and a further period of payment. Also not paid within that period, then User without further notice in default and is entitled SISNET the Connection of the user take it out without that user thereof in advance by SISNET to be notified.

 

 

 

Article 8 / Duration and termination of the Agreement
1. The Agreement is concluded for the period corresponding to the subscription or payment chosen by the purchase. Each elected subscription or purchase, with the exception of a trial version is, until or modification, each automatically extended for a similar period in accordance with the procedure for subscriptions, as it is enshrined in the law.
2. SISNET is entitled immediately to terminate the agreement if the User one or more obligations, including the commitment and obligation of Article 2.1, which arise from the Agreement against SISNET attributable not properly or not fully implemented.
3. Both SISNET as the User have the right to the Agreement with immediate effect without any further notice or judicial intervention to dissolve, without obligation to pay any compensation, if any of the parties is declared bankrupt, or the bankruptcy was sought or suspension of payments is or has applied for suspension of payments, either under receivership or under rule has been lodged.
4. If the User fees after an unsuccessful collection and after further termijnstelling as listed in Article 12.5 has not paid, has the right SISNET Agreement with the User to terminate with immediate effect.

 

 

Article 9 / Final
1. This Agreement is exclusively Dutch law applicable.
2. All disputes between the parties arising from this Agreement will be submitted to the competent Dutch court in Amsterdam.
3. The judgement by voiding of one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions leave all other provisions.
